Retreat Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your yoga retreat with us. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. What's Included in Rate:

   • Accommodation as specified

   • Daily yoga and/or meditation classes

   • 3 Daily meals (specified as per itinerary)

   • Use of yoga mats and props during sessions

   • Private island trip

   • Roundtrip domestic flights between Belize City and Dangriga Airport 

   • Roundtrip shuttle trip from Dangriga to Hopkins

2. What Is Not Included:

   • Airfare to Belize City

   • Travel and health insurance

   • Spa treatments and excursions not specified in the itinerary

   • Drinks, room service

   • Personal expenses

3. Prices Listed Per Person:

   • All prices are listed in USD per person unless otherwise specified.

4. Recommendation for Travel and Health Coverage Insurance Abroad:

   • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance and health coverage for the duration of their stay abroad, including coverage for trip cancellation.

5. Deposit:

   • 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

6. Balance Due Dates and Preferred Method of Payment:

   • Final payment is due 30 days prior. All payments will be made with resort directly.

   • Preferred method of payment is via credit card or bank transfer. Details will be provided upon booking by the resort.

7. Cancellation Policy:​

   • Cancellations are handled by the resort. Please review their cancellation policy carefully when making your deposit.
     In case of any kind of unpredictable situations, such as pandemics, and only if traveling within the booking's period is forbidden by Governments, then no refund can apply for all amounts that will have been paid by that time, but the total paid amount will be kept in order to cover part of the payment for a new booking, always depending on availability.

8. Retreat Sold as a Package Only, No Discounts:

   • The retreat package is sold as a whole and no discounts or partial refunds will be given for unused portions of the retreat program.

9. Hold Harmless for Theft or Valuables at Retreat Center:

   • We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables of participants at the retreat center.

10. Reserve the Right to Cancel If Minimum Enrollment Is Not Met:

    • We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the retreat fee paid, but we are not responsible for any other expenses incurred such as travel costs.

11. Reserve Right to Find Substitute Teacher:

    • We reserve the right to provide a substitute teacher for yoga sessions or workshops in the event of illness or emergency.

12. Liability Waiver:

    • Participants agree to participate in yoga sessions, spa treatments, and excursions with third-party outfitters at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during these activities.

13. Photo Waiver:

    • Participants grant permission for us to take photographs and videos during the retreat. These may be used for promotional purposes, including future retreats, on our website and social media channels.
